amerikanın Philadelphia eyaletinde Med Jets şirketi adına uçan  Jet Rescue Air Ambulance şirketine ait XA-UCI tescilli içinde 6 kişi bulunan Learjet 55 tipi ambulans uçak kalkışından hemen sonra henüz bilinmeyen bir nedenden dolayı düştü.

Olayda uçakta bulunan 6 kişinin hayatını kaybettiği öğrenildi.

Olay anı güvenlik kameralar tarafından böyle kaydedildi.
