PLZT yani  ( Polarized Lead Zirconium Titrate) nükleer silah patlaması sırasında pilotların gözlerini korumak için tasarlanmıştır.

These are called PLZT ( Polarized Lead Zirconium Titrate) goggles. I was issued and trained on them when I got to my first KC-135R unit. They are intended to protect the pilots’ eyes during a nuclear weapon flash. I’m grateful I never had to test their effectiveness. 😳 pic.twitter.com/ZiAnJJYDXr
